Colombian authorities released this photo on Wednesday September 19 showing the fingers of Colombian drug lord Daniel Barrera, also known as ‘El Loco Barrera,’ which had been burned with acid to erase his fingerprints. Mr. Barrera’s capture in San Cristobal, Venezuela, was reported on Tuesday September 18, 2012.
