I don’t think she was ever engaged to Efraim Grimberg. During a interview she mentioned to having a African boyfriend for 4 years during her college years and his family and her family had issues with that so now she just dates who she likes. Whoppi commented on the view that she used to get a lot flack for dating white guys which made her mad because black guys never asked her out. Think of all the intelligent, successful black women out there who are single waiting for their black prince. My motto is don’t look for a black or white man, look for the right one.
